(Delivery time may vary depending on your cargo preference.)
At Padar Home Design, you can pay for your orders to your overseas delivery address with your credit card or bank card.
You have the right to return your orders to your overseas address, but you do not have the right to change them. The return period for placed orders is 14 days from the date of delivery of the last item in the order If the relevant periods are exceeded, the return process cannot be carried out. In case of dissatisfaction with your product, first contact our customer service and report the problem, which will help us to prevent the same situation from happening again in your next purchase. The package of the product you will return must be undamaged, unused, not damaged as a result of usage error and its resalability feature must not be impaired. The product subject to return; You must fill out and send your English translated overseas return form completely, together with all the accessories sent together. Refunds are processed within 14 days of the product being returned to our company in perfect condition. The cargo company you received for your shipment is mandatory, and you cannot send it with any cargo company you choose. In order for the returned package to be more understandable during the cargo operation, we recommend that you prefer the English Return Form and place it in your package pocket so that it does not fall off the package. The return shipping fee of your return cargo belongs to you (the customer).
NOTE: In overseas shipments, the expenses for packages returned without being received belong to the buyer. The expenses are deducted from the order total and the remaining amount is returned.

To process your refund, the returned package must first be received by our company. Once your package has been inspected and confirmed to be undamaged, we will process your refund. Please note that a refund is only possible if everything goes smoothly and the product is returned to us in good condition. If the product is returned to us without any issues, Standard outbound shipping costs will be refunded. The return shipping fee is the customer's responsibility, and the remaining amount will be refunded to you.
For international orders, packages may occasionally be subject to customs clearance in the destination country. In such cases, customs officers will contact you directly with instructions on how to proceed in order to receive your package. Please be aware that customs fees and import duties vary depending on your country and the value of your order.
Padar Home Design is not responsible for any delays or additional fees resulting from customs procedures. Should your package be held by customs, it is the customer’s responsibility to resolve the matter and cover any associated costs.
